I could not be happier with the professionalism of this company. From the initial site visit to the installation of our air-conditioning units. The installers were awesome and they cleaned up all the mess even vacuumed the bedrooms for me

Great service , very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant people to deal with. Fast and efficient installation, very neat and tidy. I am pleased that I chose them to replace our old Gas Central Heater with a new Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning system.

Excellent - could not be happier with this company. From the time of first contact through the quote to installation, every single interaction was handled professionally, promptly, efficiently and frankly, a pleasure. ( I cannot say the same about the other 2 firms I considered along the path to replacing my AC). This company clearly has good people in the right positions, and good, well honed processes in place. These things don’t just happen - I was a quality management consultant, and I know this all too well. And as if this weren’t already reassuring, the pricing was excellent also. Very happy to deal with such a well run firm and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, nor to return. It was such a pleasure to come across a business like this, and to find the many positive reviews are well deserved.

Michael and the team are simply great. Over Christmas our Air Conditioner stopped working, we rang around and could only find a rep from Metro, he had no idea and tried to upsell us to the tune of 2.2K for a 'Full service' to hopefully find the problem. Michael came out twice, diagnosed the issue and replaced a part all within a few days for a total of $400. Stick with the (honest) experts is my advice - RD Mt Eliza

We recently purchased a new office and had our aircon installed by Bayside Comfort Solutions. Their advice on product and installation options was outstanding. The work was exceptional, and they were a pleasure to work with. We’re thrilled with the results and would definitely use Bayside Comfort Solutions for our next project. Highly recommended!
