Excellent - could not be happier with this company. From the time of first contact through the quote to installation, every single interaction was handled professionally, promptly, efficiently and frankly, a pleasure. ( I cannot say the same about the other 2 firms I considered along the path to replacing my AC). This company clearly has good people in the right positions, and good, well honed processes in place. These things don’t just happen  - I was a quality management consultant, and I know this all too well. And as if this weren’t already reassuring, the pricing was excellent also. Very happy to deal with such a well run firm and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, nor to return. Michael and the team are simply great. Over Christmas our Air Conditioner stopped working, we rang around and could only find a rep from Metro, he had no idea and tried to upsell us to the tune of 2.2K for a 'Full service' to hopefully find the problem.
