I rate the team at Bayside Comfort Solutions very highly. From Brett who professionally quoted the new system while servicing another at my house. To the team in the office who were responsive and so easy to deal with. To Callum and Gianni who did an outstanding job! They turned up on time, paid attention to my requests and were polite. They were efficient and they tidied everything up at the end. I highly recommend Callum and Gianni and the whole team at Bayside Comfort Solutions.

Had a problem with our new split system and contacted BCS to discuss. There prompt and helpfulness was very reassuring and they got on to it and all fixed and sorted within a very short time. Wow! Our ducted heating and cooling system is amazing, luxurious, wonderful. Every bit of the process was great. From the initial quote discussions with John, to set up before instal discussions with Nathan, to the big instal day with the whole crew - fantastic. It is always so good to have excellent local people doing reliable work on one's home who give you reassurance that they are nearby if needed. Thankyou.

Michael and the team are simply great. Over Christmas our Air Conditioner stopped working, we rang around and could only find a rep from Metro, he had no idea and tried to upsell us to the tune of 2.2K for a 'Full service' to hopefully find the problem.
Michael came out twice, diagnosed the issue and replaced a part all within a few days for a total of $400. Stick with the (honest) experts is my advice - RD Mt Eliza

Had the systems(3 of) in for about six months now. About a month ago, the WIFI units were not working. Today I contacted the company to get some advice on how to fix them (still in warranty). Discussed this, via email, with Kristy from the company and all she wanted to do was get me to ring Mitsubishi. Extremely poor after sales service.
Needed the serial numbers from the WIFI modules to reinstall the App. When I emailed and asked how to access the WIFI modules and get the serial numbers, I was told by Kristy that "Best thing to do is call Mitsubishi". No help whatsoever. Great installation company, shame it's let down by attitudes like this.

Great staff to deal with from reception to quoting to installation. The installation of a new ducted heating unit was quick, easy and they took away the old unit. Ran us through a few times on how to use the control unit.

Their mere presence fixed our heater! Turns out, just turning up was all Brett needs to do to get our heater working. The wifi connection for it wasn't working so we booked a service call. When they turned up it magically worked again. Thanks Brett for being so gracious with us when this happened.

Bayside Comfort installed our heating system in 2021. They were absolutely fantastic so we had no hesitation contacting them again for a new evaporative cooler. We didn't even bother to shop around we just popped into there office spoke to John and all was arranged. Again they did not disappoint. Many thanks to Nick, John, Brett and the ladies in the office. The Team at at Bayside have just completed our Installation of our our replacement split system. From the the fist call and the promptness of the return call, especially as it was during the Xmas New Year week with the business closed for a break, they returned my call the day prior to their official opening day. The Service guy, Brett came out a couple days later 2 service our 2 units and check why the upstairs unit was not cooling. He quick clean and thorough, even if the news on the upstairs one was not what I wanted to hear. He was quick to get a quote to me with the option to repair or replace the unit. After sanity checking his quotes and reason fore the failure of the existing unit with a contact I had at a Melbourne based Air Con company, he confirmed all that Brett told me I chose the replacement route.

Personable knowledgeable Brett serviced our Evaporative Cooler, gave objective advice what better system we could have for heating and cooling for use with solar electric power system.
The service was great from top to bottom, starting with the girls in the office who were knowledgeable and helpful and Nick who provided great advice and an immediate quote. The installation team, Harry and Michael, were on time, courteous and technically very competent. They did a good install and cleaned up. They even went above and beyond by offering to clean out the cobwebs in a cathedral ceiling that we can no longer reach. Would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to others.

The chaps arrived EXACTLY on time to install my air conditioner. When they hit a minor hitch, they discussed it with me and came to a solution quickly. Both were courteous and efficient, and took all the rubbish away with them. They also didn’t mind answering my dopey questions!
Installed on 21-10-23. The 2 installers were on time, very professional in their work cleaned up when they finished and were delightful young men.
The duration of the job to get it fixed takes way too long. We are going on 2 weeks with no heating only to be advised we are yet again waiting for another part and have another week to go to see if this one works. The response I got from the receptionist was “nothing I can do about it, so there”
In fact, she told me I was rude for relaying the fact that I was told it was a stuff up on their end and a misdiagnosis (they replaced the wrong part) because that is what their worker told me…
So now my sick child who needs a warm house and myself get to go deal with the consequences of this while she sits in a warm office and “there there” us.

Highly recommend Bayside Comfort Solutions, they were recommended by Selley International as an approved reseller. My ducted heating system had given up after 20 years. Received an on site quote from John within 48 hours (he came down to Flinders) & a new system was installed 3 days later. The 3 people that came out were fantastic (2 installers & 1 plumber) - they were professional, courteous & amazing clean - they even vacuumed the work space & wiped down the wall. They were so quiet & efficient we didn't even know they were here doing the work. Great service!
